About the role
- Managing a caseload of motor fraud cases, from inception to resolution
- Conducting thorough investigations, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses
- Maintain accurate records and case files using the firm’s case management system
- Liaise with clients and external parties, providing updates and ensuring case progression
- Collaborate with clients, insurers, and other parties to obtain necessary evidence and documentation
- Researching to support legal strategies and case development
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the UK legal system and civil litigation process
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- A good level of experience in motor fraud litigation is desirable
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in legal research and using case management software
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
