- Ensure cases are progressed quickly and efficiently
- Strong technical ability and grasp of principles, case law, and litigation
- Work with clients to understand requirements and manage cases
- Prioritize work effectively and maximize efficiency
- Build stakeholder relationships internally and externally
- Develop technical and commercial knowledge via training
Requirements
- Experience handling own caseload of pre-litigated and Sheriff Court actions
- Experience managing Motor and/or Road Traffic Accident (RTA) cases
- Insurance defender litigation experience is essential
- Potential consideration for claimant litigation experience for the right candidate
- Desirable experience in Motor, Road Traffic Accident (RTA), Personal Injury or Serious Injury
- Experience of acting for Defenders
