  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and relevant practice directions and protocols
  • Maintain a solid understanding of quantum in relation to casework
  • Apply technical and commercial expertise to deliver high-quality results within required timeframes
  • Provide exceptional service to external clients while clearly communicating business needs and changes to internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Claimant background in personal injury work
  • Possesses litigation experience
  • Holds a PQE of 1 year or more or CILEX with Litigation Practice Rights
  • Is able to attend the Liverpool office at least once per week
