About the role
- Assisting senior team member with a varied caseload of property casualty, property damage, product liability and subrogated recovery cases
- Prioritising work effectively and maximising efficiency in working practices
- Building stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
- Developing your technical and commercial knowledge via training or working practice
- Office attendance in Bristol will be required 3-4 days per week, with scope of a more flexible hybrid working model in time.
Requirements
- Relevant Legal qualifications e.g. LLB, LLM
- Previous experience working in a Legal environment
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, whilst working to strict deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to quickly and carefully assess files and sensitive data
- Computer literate including proficient use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience handling a property damage related case load or similar work types (Desirable)
- Someone who can demonstrate a real desire to develop their career with DWF (Desirable)
