About the role
- End-to-end processing of multiple payrolls across various jurisdictions.
- Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Complete all data entry, reconciliations, and audit checks.
- Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and internal departments.
- Liaise with HR and Finance teams to ensure alignment on employee data and reporting.
- Support with compliance and international payroll regulations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the payroll function.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a specialist role, ideally within a professional services or multi-jurisdictional environment.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Able to work efficiently to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
- Embraces change with a 'can do' attitude, showing enthusiasm and willingness to adapt.
- A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and pro-actively to support the team in delivering results.
- Familiarity with payroll software and systems preferably ADP.
