About the role

  • End-to-end processing of multiple payrolls across various jurisdictions.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Complete all data entry, reconciliations, and audit checks.
  • Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and internal departments.
  • Liaise with HR and Finance teams to ensure alignment on employee data and reporting.
  • Support with compliance and international payroll regulations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the payroll function.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a specialist role, ideally within a professional services or multi-jurisdictional environment.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Able to work efficiently to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
  • Embraces change with a 'can do' attitude, showing enthusiasm and willingness to adapt.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and pro-actively to support the team in delivering results.
  • Familiarity with payroll software and systems preferably ADP.
