About the role

  • Proactively plan, manage, and execute high-profile change initiatives
  • Continuously monitor progress across multiple projects, maintaining clear objectives and customer requirements, and ensuring that all deliverables meet specified quality standards
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior stakeholders
  • Manage communications with key stakeholders ensuring they are promptly informed of any changes to the project's status
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal Operations, HR, Finance, Group Change, and Integrations, to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.
  • Ensure project budgets are managed and tracked against ROI and that any deviations are escalated.
  • Support change management activities, including input into business communications and training material
  • Effectively manage vendors, ensuring timely delivery of services, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with contractual agreements

Requirements

  • Previous experience of managing Business focussed or IT Change related projects
  • Knowledge of data management and APIs within cloud- based finance systems.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Prince2, Agile or equivalent project delivery methodology.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and teams.
  • Proven experience in vendor management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
