About the role

  • Manage a caseload of high value claims, comprising a variety of defender EL/PL & RTA matters
  • Draft pleadings and reports to clients
  • Attend court hearings and work to court deadlines
  • Progress liability investigations and gather evidence
  • Build working relationships internally and externally to develop business networks

Requirements

  • 0-1 years PQE, preferable within Casualty, Disease, EL/PL, RTA or personal and serious injury
  • Technically experienced in and a real interest in Employers Liability, Public Liability, RTA, Casualty, Disease, Personal injury, Serious injury and catastrophic injury work
  • Experience in handling high value defender personal injury files
  • Familiar with working in a commercial environment
