About the role

  • Be responsible for the Entire Recruitment Lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation;
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract IT talent;
  • Source candidates and evaluate applicant qualifications;
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit and check references;
  • Maintain and uphold Talent Acquisition process workflow and compliance;
  • Be data-driven and use recruitment reporting and analytics to influence decisions;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs to identify the right talent;
  • Ability to monitor and analyze vacancies, pipeline, diversity, and quality of hire;
  • Deliver a seamless candidate experience by maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the recruitment process;
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline processes and maintain accurate candidate records is required;
  • Actively promote the company’s culture, values, and unique selling points to attract top talent and enhance the employer brand within the tech community;
  • Ensure a smooth transition for new hires by coordinating with HR and hiring managers to facilitate onboarding processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, preferably in the financial sector.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process (candidate sourcing, screening and initial interviews, offer negotiation, and reference checking);
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends;
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS);
  • Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills and a strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes;
  • Experienced in sourcing passive talent;
  • Excellent time management, follow-through, and organizational skills;
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, highly team-oriented environment;
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy and ability to delegate work as needed;
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in candidate records;
  • High level of responsibility, result-focus, and attentiveness
  • Proactive approach and curiosity
  • At least an Upper Intermediate level of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
