About the role
- Be responsible for the Entire Recruitment Lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation;
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract IT talent;
- Source candidates and evaluate applicant qualifications;
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit and check references;
- Maintain and uphold Talent Acquisition process workflow and compliance;
- Be data-driven and use recruitment reporting and analytics to influence decisions;
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs to identify the right talent;
- Ability to monitor and analyze vacancies, pipeline, diversity, and quality of hire;
- Deliver a seamless candidate experience by maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the recruitment process;
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline processes and maintain accurate candidate records is required;
- Actively promote the company’s culture, values, and unique selling points to attract top talent and enhance the employer brand within the tech community;
- Ensure a smooth transition for new hires by coordinating with HR and hiring managers to facilitate onboarding processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process (candidate sourcing, screening and initial interviews, offer negotiation, and reference checking);
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends;
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS);
- Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills and a strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes;
- Experienced in sourcing passive talent;
- Excellent time management, follow-through, and organizational skills;
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, highly team-oriented environment;
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy and ability to delegate work as needed;
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in candidate records;
- High level of responsibility, result-focus, and attentiveness
- Proactive approach and curiosity
- At least an Upper Intermediate level of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
