About the role

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with corporate and enterprise clients.
  • Promote and sell workplace technology solutions such as AV/UC systems, smart office solutions, and workplace management platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, technical, project, and marketing) to ensure solution alignment and client satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B business development experience in **technology**, **IT solutions**, or **AV/Workplace systems**.
  • Prior experience in SaaS sales will be highly advantageous.
  • Experience selling to B2B clients within the retail or F&B sectors will be highly advantageous.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with corporate workplace technologies (e.g., video conferencing, room booking, digital signage, smart office systems).
  • Experience with end-to-end tender process management
