• Responsible for independently acquiring IT projects — with a focus on banks, financial services providers and related industries
• Building and expanding a robust network of decision-makers at business and IT leadership levels
• Placing our developers and IT experts in suitable client projects (contracting, project staffing, team solutions, employee leasing/secondment (ANÜ))
• Advising your clients as a trusted partner on digital transformation, regulatory requirements and technological challenges
• Negotiating master agreements and individual project contracts (project terms)
• Monitoring relevant market trends in IT consulting, banking, insurance, energy and digitalization
• Strategic exchange regarding DVC's sales development
• Achievement of targets and performance — transparency is a given for you
