• Develop and execute a centralized enterprise procurement strategy — from sourcing frameworks and supplier selection to contract governance and compliance controls
• Implement procurement policies, procedures, auditing processes, and internal controls that create accountability and scale with the organization
• Lead the selection, implementation, and optimization of procurement technologies and ERP systems that improve responsiveness and operational intelligence
• Establish and manage strategic supplier and vendor relationships — including performance management, risk assessment, contract negotiation, and service level expectations
• Lead sourcing initiatives and contract administration activities with the executive presence and commercial rigor that sophisticated suppliers respect
• Monitor market conditions, pricing trends, and supply chain disruptions proactively — you see disruptions before they become operational problems
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Sales, and executive leadership to forecast inventory requirements, optimize stock levels, and maintain business continuity
• Analyze procurement and supply chain data to surface trends, reduce costs, and drive strategic decisions that improve margins and operational efficiency
• Lead, develop, and build a high-performance procurement and purchasing team — establishing standards of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement

Vice President of Procurement

IT Support

• Provide Tier II End-User Support by offering second-level technical assistance for common IT issues, including Windows OS, networking, and end-user devices.
• Provide specialized support for Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and Dynamics 365 environments.
• Handle the management, troubleshooting, and configuration of Azure VMs.
• Address and resolve issues related to Azure networking components such as virtual networks, subnets, and VPN connectivity.
• Manage the process of setting up new user accounts, including email and permissions, and ensuring their integration into the network and cloud environment.
• Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets that have been escalated from a Tier I support level.
• Develop and keep documentation current for technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.
