About the role

  • Execute multiple SAP transactions (i.e. returns, sales adjustments, reports, outputs, invoices)
  • Upload documents to customer´s portals
  • Build working relationships with the Customer Service Teams to help exceed customer expectations
  • Build working relationships with support areas such as Credit, Master Data, Logistics, Supply Chain
  • Act as an owner with the assigned activities, proposing improvements if applicable
  • Create daily & weekly customer & business reports (i.e. open order report, GUPI, etc.)
  • Understand and support both internal and external audit requirements as it relates to customer service activities
  • Provide timely responses for all control & audit requests, including month-end order to cash processes
  • Provide highest quality of service by following best practices and adhering to policy and compliance standard
  • Responsible for acting within assigned delegation of authority to perform SAP transactions (i.e. credits, returns, samples) while adhering to internal controls and SOX compliance

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Proven experience in Customer Service work processes, systems and tools.
  • Knowledge of SAP is desired
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
