About the role
- Execute multiple SAP transactions (i.e. returns, sales adjustments, reports, outputs, invoices)
- Upload documents to customer´s portals
- Build working relationships with the Customer Service Teams to help exceed customer expectations
- Build working relationships with support areas such as Credit, Master Data, Logistics, Supply Chain
- Act as an owner with the assigned activities, proposing improvements if applicable
- Create daily & weekly customer & business reports (i.e. open order report, GUPI, etc.)
- Understand and support both internal and external audit requirements as it relates to customer service activities
- Provide timely responses for all control & audit requests, including month-end order to cash processes
- Provide highest quality of service by following best practices and adhering to policy and compliance standard
- Responsible for acting within assigned delegation of authority to perform SAP transactions (i.e. credits, returns, samples) while adhering to internal controls and SOX compliance
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Proven experience in Customer Service work processes, systems and tools.
- Knowledge of SAP is desired
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
