Proactively develop and execute a business plan to achieve sales goals within the assigned territory.
Cultivate and manage relationships with key distribution partners (advisors, agents, agencies, broker-dealers, etc.).
Conduct in-person and virtual sales meetings, product presentations, and training sessions to promote life insurance solutions.
Identify opportunities for new business and guide advisors on strategies for advanced markets, estate planning, business continuation, retirement income planning, and wealth transfer.
Partner with internal teams (internal wholesalers, case designers, underwriting, advanced sales) to deliver a seamless advisor experience.
Maintain a strong virtual presence through phone, email, webinars, video conferencing, and social media engagement.
Monitor market trends, competitive products, and regulatory developments to inform sales strategies and advisor education.
Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM systems and provide regular reporting on territory performance.
Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings as needed to enhance visibility and deepen relationships.
Travel regularly within the territory will be required (approximately 30-50%).

Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field
3+ years of experience in life insurance wholesaling, sales, or distribution support
Deep understanding of life insurance products and advanced market concepts
Integration of a financial plan to help position life insurance in a holistic manner
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Excellent presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills
Active Life & Health Insurance license required
FINRA Series 6, 7 and/or 63 highly desired
Comfort with technology and virtual selling platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Salesforce, LinkedIn)
Working knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Office Suite
