About the role
- Manage and provide leadership oversight to various internal and external organizations providing services to the project construction effort
- Manage all matrixed members of the site construction team daily and evaluate project teams appropriately and manage performance
- Assist with schedule formation and monitoring, cost control measures, start-up and commissioning plans or site readiness, and integration processes
- Update and enforce the Project Execution Plan (PEP) for the project
- Manage all project deficiencies that impact cost, schedule, performance, environmental, safety, and quality
- Provide daily contract management oversight and adherence throughout the project
- Manage the oversight of field engineering and construction activities
Requirements
- Associates degree
- Minimum 13 plus years related work experience
- In lieu of Associate's degree and 13 plus years experience, High School/GED and 15 plus years related work experience
- Project Management Professional
- Certified Construction Manager
- OSHA 30
- Licensed Contractor
- National Center for Construction Education and Research
