About the role
- Provides environmental permitting and compliance support to generating facilities and other company operations
- Serves as an environmental subject matter expert and provides technical expertise
- Conducts trend analyses, incident investigations for assigned function
- Collaborates with environmental and business operations partners in permit applications and renewals
- Maintains current knowledge on environmental laws and regulations
- Supports evaluation of proposed and existing standards, regulations, and guidelines
- Works with and under guidance of experienced team members
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years related work experience along with Bachelors degree in Science, Health and Safety, Engineering or other related field of study
- In lieu of Bachelors degree(s) listed above long with 3 years related work experience, High School Diploma/GED AND 7 year(s) related work experience
- Masters degree in Business or Other Related Degree or Masters degree in Science or Masters degree in Engineering or Masters degree in Health and Safety
- In addition to desired degree, 3 years related work experience
- Professional Engineer and/or Project Management Professional and/or CSP and/or QEP and/or CHMM and/or CIH
