- Providing leadership, advocacy and advice in the effectuation of state energy policy for Duke Energy
- Identifying and analyzing energy policy trends and regulatory developments
- Supporting cross-functional efforts for Act-related matters
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with key external stakeholders
- Representing the company in internal and external energy stakeholder organizations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, Sustainability Management, Natural Resources or other related degree
- seven (7) years minimum required related experience
- Significant background in utilities, land management, energy, or contract administration.
