About the role

  • Lead the end‑to‑end administration of the Honor Code, including investigations, evidence review, interviews, documentation, and Judicial Board hearings.
  • Serve as a senior advisor to the Senior Associate Dean for Programs, faculty, program leadership, and Judicial Board members.
  • Oversee academic ADA accommodations across all programs and instructional modalities.
  • Develop and deliver educational sessions on ethical decision‑making, academic integrity, and accessibility.
  • Partner with faculty to integrate integrity expectations across the student lifecycle.
  • Analyze trends and advance policy/process improvements.
  • Supervise the Accommodations Coordinator.
  • Collaborate with IT, SDAO, Legal Counsel, and the Dean’s Office.
  • Prepare annual reporting for leadership.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher in higher education administration, business administration, ethics, law, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of higher education policies, academic integrity processes, or student conduct systems.
  • Exceptional judgment and discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and analytical.
