About the role
- Lead the end‑to‑end administration of the Honor Code, including investigations, evidence review, interviews, documentation, and Judicial Board hearings.
- Serve as a senior advisor to the Senior Associate Dean for Programs, faculty, program leadership, and Judicial Board members.
- Oversee academic ADA accommodations across all programs and instructional modalities.
- Develop and deliver educational sessions on ethical decision‑making, academic integrity, and accessibility.
- Partner with faculty to integrate integrity expectations across the student lifecycle.
- Analyze trends and advance policy/process improvements.
- Supervise the Accommodations Coordinator.
- Collaborate with IT, SDAO, Legal Counsel, and the Dean’s Office.
- Prepare annual reporting for leadership.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in higher education administration, business administration, ethics, law, or a related field.
- Knowledge of higher education policies, academic integrity processes, or student conduct systems.
- Exceptional judgment and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly organized and analytical.
