About the role

  • Directly responsible for leading day-to-day activities of Supply Chain Associates
  • Drive process improvements and establish performance expectations
  • Track daily output and manage employee job functions and schedules
  • Coordinate with Procurement to address backorders and communicate with customers
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert related to supply chain functions

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • At least 3 years of experience in distribution, warehousing, shipping, receiving, logistics, material handling, customer service, inventory control, or a comparable service line
  • Experience leading, supervising, and/or mentoring staff preferred
  • Valid Driver's License may be required
