About the role

  • Oversee the end-to-end JD application processing system
  • Process and maintain accurate records of deposits, withdrawals, and other admitted-student actions
  • Manage the electronic interface with LSAC UNITE, DukeHub, and related databases
  • Train, supervise, and support the Office Coordinator
  • Monitor and support immunization compliance for admitted students
  • Maintain rigorous quality controls to ensure 100% accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with Duke’s record-retention policies
  • Coordinate workflows with internal partners
  • Recommend and implement process improvements
  • Manage the Admissions budget
  • Process expense receipts and travel reimbursements
  • Lead production of print and digital communications
  • Send invitations, fee waivers, and outreach campaigns
  • Compose and send applicant status updates
  • Develop automated responses using campus-approved AI tools
  • Counsel applicants and escalate when needed
  • Prepare annual JD application and instructions
  • Maintain and update the admissions website
  • Support major admissions events
  • Register staff for recruitment events
  • Oversee travel logistics and materials
  • Maintain records for future planning
  • Maintain knowledge of exam policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent
  • Master’s degree may substitute for two years of experience
  • At least 2 years administrative/business experience
  • Project and financial management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • High accuracy and organization
  • CRM experience preferred
