About the role
- Oversee the end-to-end JD application processing system
- Process and maintain accurate records of deposits, withdrawals, and other admitted-student actions
- Manage the electronic interface with LSAC UNITE, DukeHub, and related databases
- Train, supervise, and support the Office Coordinator
- Monitor and support immunization compliance for admitted students
- Maintain rigorous quality controls to ensure 100% accuracy
- Ensure compliance with Duke’s record-retention policies
- Coordinate workflows with internal partners
- Recommend and implement process improvements
- Manage the Admissions budget
- Process expense receipts and travel reimbursements
- Lead production of print and digital communications
- Send invitations, fee waivers, and outreach campaigns
- Compose and send applicant status updates
- Develop automated responses using campus-approved AI tools
- Counsel applicants and escalate when needed
- Prepare annual JD application and instructions
- Maintain and update the admissions website
- Support major admissions events
- Register staff for recruitment events
- Oversee travel logistics and materials
- Maintain records for future planning
- Maintain knowledge of exam policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent
- Master’s degree may substitute for two years of experience
- At least 2 years administrative/business experience
- Project and financial management skills
- Strong communication skills
- High accuracy and organization
- CRM experience preferred
