About the role
- Provide administrative direction to and project management for the strategic engagement program in Duke Campaigns
- Manage university-wide campaign programming strategy
- Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign program planners across the university and Duke Health
- Prepare and maintain reports on campaign programming impact, reach, and engagement metrics
- Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and Stewardship (MCS) to support promotion of campaign programming
- Develop tools and resources to support campaign program planners
- Convene university-wide campaign program planners to share best practices
- Manage the campaign donor engagement fund selection process
- Design and implement an assessment plan to evaluate effectiveness of campaign programming
- Manage regional volunteer teams for signature regional campaign events
- Develop and implement post-event engagement plans
- Support campaign engagement activities designed for individuals seeking to get involved in the campaign
- Serve as campaigns team point of contact for staff across AED
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Office
- Proficient in Asana
- Strong collaborative skills
- Ability to influence
- Strong written and oral communications, including giving presentations, writing reports/memos, and facilitating meetings
- Creative thinking/strategic planning
- Alumni and Prospect Relationship Management - Engages directly with volunteers and donors through regular communication and support.
