About the role
- Assist in implementing and developing IAM solution
- Act as a liaison between IAM Operations and IAM Engineering, ensuring knowledge transfer and collaboration
- Troubleshoot IAM system issues, particularly with Okta, Entra, and related identity platforms
- Work on IAM development projects, including workflow automation, integrations, and identity lifecycle enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IAM initiatives
- Provide input on IAM security decisions, access control improvements, and best practices
- Participate in IAM strategy discussions
- Adhere to on-call requirements, responding to IAM-related security incidents as needed
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting, including evening, weekend, and on-call support as needed
- Assist in the development and maintenance of system documentation and protocols
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology (IT), Information Security, or a similar discipline and/or equivalent experience relevant to functional area
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management
- Some understanding of automation/programming concepts
