The Senior Director, GTM Lead of Professional Services (P&C) is a senior management role responsible for directly leading the sales function to achieve professional services revenue targets.
Provide overall leadership and direction for solution architecture teams, including workforce planning, performance management, coaching, career development, and readiness to support sales and delivery.
Establish and maintain solution architecture standards, reference architectures, and best practices aligned with Duck Creek products, cloud platforms, and integration patterns.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
12+ years of progressive experience in P&C insurance enterprise services sales and architecture, solution design, or technical leadership roles.
5+ years of experience leading and managing technical teams.
Demonstrated experience designing and governing large-scale, enterprise, cloud-based software solutions.
