About the role

  • Leads the global product marketing strategy and execution across the full portfolio of the company’s software solutions.
  • Responsible for driving go-to-market readiness, product positioning, solution messaging, competitive intelligence, and content development that supports revenue growth, customer adoption, and market leadership.
  • Partners closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Corporate Marketing teams to craft compelling narratives.
  • Manages and develops a high-performing global team of product marketers.
  • Defines and communicates differentiated product and solution positioning and messaging.
  • Oversees go-to-market strategies for product launches.
  • Develops content strategies that support awareness, demand generation, and enablement activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in product marketing within the software or technology industry
  • 7+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing marketing teams.
  • 5+ years of insurance technology experience or insurance carrier operational experience.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Marketing or Strategy (preferred)
  • Deep knowledge of the enterprise SaaS or insurtech market (preferred)
  • Experience in a global B2B technology company (preferred)
  • Consulting or past marketing experience in the insurance market (preferred)
