About the role
- Leads the global product marketing strategy and execution across the full portfolio of the company’s software solutions.
- Responsible for driving go-to-market readiness, product positioning, solution messaging, competitive intelligence, and content development that supports revenue growth, customer adoption, and market leadership.
- Partners closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Corporate Marketing teams to craft compelling narratives.
- Manages and develops a high-performing global team of product marketers.
- Defines and communicates differentiated product and solution positioning and messaging.
- Oversees go-to-market strategies for product launches.
- Develops content strategies that support awareness, demand generation, and enablement activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in product marketing within the software or technology industry
- 7+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing marketing teams.
- 5+ years of insurance technology experience or insurance carrier operational experience.
- MBA or advanced degree in Marketing or Strategy (preferred)
- Deep knowledge of the enterprise SaaS or insurtech market (preferred)
- Experience in a global B2B technology company (preferred)
- Consulting or past marketing experience in the insurance market (preferred)
