About the role

  • Build and own the full recruiting engine across Europe/LATAM and USA
  • Own end-to-end recruiting across GTM, Product, Engineering, Operations and leadership roles
  • Build and deliver a high-velocity sourcing engine using creative strategies
  • Collaborate with founders and hiring managers to define profiles, assessments, and positioning
  • Solve complex talent challenges with first-principles thinking and high-speed execution
  • Drive measurable hiring outcomes that accelerate DualEntry’s growth
  • Build our employer brand and candidate pitch from the ground up

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth startups
  • Proven track record sourcing and closing top engineering and product talent
  • Deep expertise in technical sourcing, market segmentation, ATS workflows, and recruiting analytics
  • Practical, high-speed recruiting approach with strong ownership
  • Experience building recruiting functions, processes, and candidate experience systems
