About the role
- Responsible for the design and construction of intermediate to large-size capital renewable projects
- Train and mentor associate project managers
- Use formal project management methods to coordinate team activities
- Manage costs, change control, and project close-out
- Types of projects include solar, wind, and energy storage
- Communicate as the main contact providing updates on project statuses
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
- Mentor and train associate level project managers and engineers
Requirements
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and 6 years of project management experience
- 2 years with large scale construction or utility project experience
- 6 months of project management experience in renewable energy projects
- Associate degree with 8 years related project management experience
- High School Diploma with 10 years related project management experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
- Renewable operations or balance of plant experience preferred
- Large scale construction experience preferred
