About the role

  • Assumes a central role in steering and developing the Quinfos Group
  • Further develops a unified KPI system and establishes a clear, comparable performance logic across all companies
  • Implements a robust early-warning system for deviations in results to ensure that the need for action is identified early and addressed in a structured way
  • Prepares and supports strategic review formats at the group level using data-driven insights
  • Responsible for identifying and realizing value enhancement potentials within the group
  • Initiates, structurally supports, and implements performance improvement programs in close coordination with the subsidiaries
  • Supports the development and structuring of a deal pipeline, the evaluation and structuring of transactions, and the management of due-diligence processes
  • Closely oversees the financial integration of new companies to ensure transparency, stability, and sustainable value development.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Controlling, Finance, or a related field
  • Further training in Performance Management, Controlling, or Strategy (e.g., CFA, CIMA) is an advantage
  • Several years of experience in Controlling, FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), or Performance Management
  • Experience in a corporate environment or management consultancy
  • Proven track record in managing group-wide KPIs and reporting processes
  • Experience working with C-level executives and stakeholder management
  • Strong analytical mindset and structured way of working
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Experience in developing and implementing performance strategies
  • Understanding of value drivers and operational business models.
