• This position plays a central role in initiating and managing group-wide growth initiatives within the Quinfos Group.
• Identify strategic levers, clearly prioritize them, and implement them consistently—especially where growth is blocked or a rapid response to market changes is required.
• Develop and operationalize cross-selling and bundling strategies.
• Pilot new business models and systematically realize synergies across the group.
• Support the prioritization of key growth areas. Use technology strategically as an enabler.
• Support integration processes at the process and systems level for acquisitions.
• Provide temporary project leadership in cases of strategic uncertainty, stalled initiatives, or constrained growth.
