Requirements
- Graduate with a Master’s degree in an Engineering discipline
- Fluent in Italian and English, ideally with a third European language
- Excellent analytical skills; quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- 1-3 years of prior exposure to consulting and/or industrial operations environment (internships, first experience)
