About the role
- Manage and enhance relationship with PE clients
- Identify and pursue additional business opportunities
- Support dss+ in expanding its value proposition to PE clients
- Lead the delivery of operations consulting across private equity backed firms
- Participate and contribute to functional and/or industry networks
- Mentor and coach junior colleagues to support their development
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge (+15 years) of delivering Consulting projects in a top tier strategy & operations management consulting firm
- Excellent communication skills at senior executive/board level
- A recent track record of successfully leading teams & delivering major transformational assignments
- Understanding of value drivers in Operational risk, transformation and link with sustainability levers
- Strong analytical skills and deep dive analysis
- Graduate in Engineering or Business Administration with MBA
