About the role
- Provide organizational and administrative support to our sales team across the entire sales pipeline
- Act as a point of contact for customers and experience providers
- Support scheduling and calendar maintenance for our experiences
- Maintain data in our CRM system, HubSpot
- Identify and source additional suitable experience providers
- Contribute actively with a hands-on mentality and out-of-the-box thinking
Requirements
- You are a student and will remain enrolled for at least one more year
- Available 15–20 hours per week
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire people
- Excellent written expression and strong attention to spelling and grammar
- Enjoy working with new tools and programs
- Structured and able to work independently
- Interest in travel and willingness to share your experiences
- Native-level German (spoken and written)
