• Provide organizational and administrative support to our sales team across the entire sales pipeline
• Act as a point of contact for customers and experience providers
• Support scheduling and calendar maintenance for our experiences
• Maintain data in our CRM system, HubSpot
• Identify and source additional suitable experience providers
• Contribute actively with a hands-on mentality and out-of-the-box thinking
