About the role

  • To plan for ingredient replenishment into premix plant or warehouse within the country in a timely manner, up to 4 months’ supply plan M+4 (several times a month review).
  • To track inbound logistics and make sure goods arrive just-in-time (regularly).
  • To resolve any supply gaps when they arise, with the best economical option available (ad-hoc).
  • To place orders to suppliers for local supplied ingredients and follow up with deliveries (regularly).
  • To work with all stakeholders to reduce or eliminate “stocks at risk” (regularly).
  • To assess supply availability and ensure no supply gap up to 1 month supply plan M+1 (weekly).
  • To plan ‘next day’ process orders based on sales order RETA and send for production (daily).
  • To attend local meetings to stay abreast with latest developments and interact with stakeholders (regularly; when needed).

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree and/or with relevant planning experience.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience with multi-national enterprises in production planning.
  • Project management experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of MRPII or SAP preferred.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to business requirement.
  • Good communication to work with internal and external stakeholders.
