About the role
- Act as a strategic connector between Business and Creation, ensuring alignment across Management, Sales, Perfumery, Evaluation, Marketing, and Consumer Insights—protecting creative excellence while driving relevance, profitability, and speed to market
- Lead and deploy key strategic initiatives on behalf of leadership, including strategy narrative development, communication, and execution, as well as major roadmaps such as desirability and brand image activation, customer touchpoints, and flagship initiatives
- Translate corporate vision into actionable structures and priorities, defining clear roadmaps, operating models, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and governance for teams across Sales, Marketing, and Perfumery
- Drive transformation and cross‑functional ways of working, improving workflows and collaboration in partnership with the Growth Office to enable the Convergence strategy and more efficient decision‑making
- Build creation excellence and knowledge depth across teams, supporting innovation, ingredients strategy, and best practices in briefing and brief‑to‑adoption prioritization—acting as a trusted advisor and neutral facilitator
- Lead strategic account program deployment for key clients, translating client insights, sustainability and regulatory needs, and partnership opportunities into differentiated creative roadmaps and supporting high‑impact client engagement and pitches
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in similar positions; Fragrance industry experience and knowledge is strongly preferred
- Ability to work under tight timelines; ability to handle multiple projects and clients
- Strong cross-functional partnering and communication skills; comfort in navigating in a global, multicultural and matrix environment
- Advanced / Expert skills in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Fluency in English and French strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or related field; Master’s degree preferred
