About the role
- manage and deliver sensory projects
- recommending and applying appropriate methodologies
- analyzing, interpreting, reporting and presenting results to stakeholders
- efficiently manage internal panels
- act as primary point of contact with test requestors
- develop and maintain contact with different functions
- manage a small team and contribute to their growth

Requirements
- 5+ years within the field of Sensory/Consumer Science
- management experience is a plus
- Growth mindset and curiosity to learn and adapt to change
- Digital savviness
- strong client-facing skills and client management experience
- expertise in a broad range of sensory techniques and statistical analysis
- a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with a background in Sensory/Consumer Science
