About the role

  • Manage documentation & regulatory requests: CRM cases, regulatory inquiries, documentation requests
  • Support management and end-to-end follow up on all CCR until closure, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Sample management coordination & tracking with the Customers
  • Regularly monitor and follow-up with customers on open contracts and unfulfilled volumes
  • Manage sales rebates basis contracts
  • Support IBP, quotation management and sales reporting

Requirements

  • University graduate
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a relevant role or industry
  • Strong proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, positive, and “can-do” attitude when working with both internal and external stakeholders
