Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in fragrance development in the air care and surface care categories
- strong track record of project wins and successful olfactive recommendations
- demonstrated ability to mentor and influence others
- expertise in both olfactive structure and brand/market positioning
- consumer insight analysis
- bachelor's degree
