- Drive day ‑ to ‑ day quality operations
- Ensure site meets the highest food safety and regulatory standards
- Coordinate audits and strengthen quality culture
- Support continuous improvement
- Lead non-conformance investigation and root cause analysis
- Manage corrective and preventive actions
- Support customer and regulatory audits
- Monitor food safety performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in microbiology, biology, chemistry, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in the food or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
- Certification: HACCP, PCQI, and Lead auditor a plus
- Strong knowledge of food safety & quality systems (BRC, FSSC, ISO)
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication skills, and attention to detail
- Highly self ‑ motivated with a structured, disciplined approach to continuous improvement.
