About the role
- Identify short- and long-term business opportunities with new and existing customers through regular visits and projects development with new and/or existing portfolio
- Create leads through customer visit and bringing resources
- Report / manage projects on CRM to share and focus on prioritized projects
- Report on developments in the market monthly (regulatory, competition, price-levels, new ingredients, distribution channels, …)
- Define and implement a strategic account plan. Translate into Financial profitability and goals both strategically and tactically and be accountable for top line profit
- Build sustainable cross layer networks in the defined accounts by both direct engagement and by positioning key stakeholders to the right level in the account to speed up development and brick wall running business
Requirements
- University degree in business and/or technical science
- Min 7 years experience of sales in cosmetic ingredient or similar industry
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, decision-makers and influencers
- Competence in developing and delivering compelling presentations
- Working knowledge of Indochina market
- Fluent speaking and written skills in Thai and English
