About the role

  • Manage day-to-day sales and customer activities for BCIP accounts across Turkey and AMET support countries.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and distributors, understand their needs, and translate them into solutions.
  • Support customer project pipeline and follow up on trials and innovation launches.
  • Act as the technical interface between the customer and dsm-firmenich internal teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Application Specialists and Regulatory to ensure appropriate product selection, testing, and documentation.
  • Provide on-site technical support and coordinate sampling, trials, and customer training sessions.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and share market insights with regional teams.
  • Support the deployment of technical content and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Account Manager and Marketing.
  • Work closely with the Senior Account Manager and regional teams to execute the segment strategy and sales plans.
  • Support forecasting, demand planning, and pricing input based on market and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, or a related technical field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, ideally within food ingredients (enzymes, hydrocolloids, vitamins, or related BCIP applications).
  • A balance of commercial and technical acumen, ensuring that solutions are both scientifically sound and commercially viable.
  • Confidence in your expertise, combined with the ability to engage with customers and collaborate effectively with different partners.
  • Fluent in both Turkish and English languages at business level.
  • Availability and willingness to travel across Turkey and AMET countries regularly.
