About the role
- Manage service delivery as a Service Delivery Manager for partner-delivered services, providing direction, mentoring, performance management, and oversight across partner locations.
- Monitor and review service performance through regular reporting, ensuring service availability, reliability, stability, and adherence to agreed SLAs.
- Support business continuity by contributing to business recovery, disaster recovery, and continuity planning.
- Oversee contract and financial management, including contract extensions, purchase order creation, invoice follow-up, payments, forecasting, and license compliance.
- Collaborate with platform and product teams to support project delivery, major maintenance activities, and continuous service improvements.
- Stay aligned with the SAP roadmap and internal developments, proposing enhancements to service delivery and actively participating in chapter or cluster initiatives impacting all suppliers in scope.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SAP, with at least 5 years in a service delivery management role.
- In-depth knowledge about and experience with Application Managed Services (operations and finances).
- Proven SAP functional experience preferably in Supply Chain, Order Management or Manufacturing domain.
- Experience with on-premises services, cloud services.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, lead and keep cross-team initiatives moving.
- Confident in dealing with conflicting interests of various stakeholders that can clash during work.
