About the role

  • Work with Subject Matter Experts to identify, gather and analyse data pertinent to measuring process performance
  • Develop new or modified steps and methods applied in the manufacturing process
  • Support process improvement cycle through identification, procurement, training, and implementation
  • Hands on experience on plant floor and manufacturing facility in the areas of troubleshooting techniques and engineering design

Requirements

  • Currently working on completion of a Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent and have completed at least two full years of graduate study prior to the start of the internship
  • Candidates must be available to work full-time on-site beginning on June 1, 2026 to August 14, 2026
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize and parse data
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
