About the role

Assist with daily production activities, monitor and document production metrics, and support troubleshooting under supervision.
Ensure adherence to GMP, safety protocols, and company policies; participate in quality checks and documentation.
Contribute to efficiency and waste reduction projects; collect and analyze data for improvement opportunities.
Work closely with production leads, maintenance, and quality teams; prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings.

Currently working on completion of a bachelor’s degree in Business/Operations Management, Engineering, or related fields.
Must be available to work full-time on-site beginning on June 1, 2026, to August 14, 2026.
Excellent communication and strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends using Excel.
Work safely in an aromatic (food flavors) production environment.
