About the role

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve business objectives, sales and profitability targets in APAC
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customers in the lipids and vitamins space
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain & operations, customer care, sales and marketing) to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial terms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, food technology, or related field
  • 12+ years in sales and marketing and/or commercial experience in the nutrition space, including nutritional lipids, food ingredients, or adjacent B2B sectors within APAC
  • Understanding of lipids industry and APAC markets, in-depth knowledge of products and applications preferred
  • Proven success operating in a global matrix and working cross-functionally to deliver business objectives, sales and profitability targets
  • Positive, collaborative spirit under highly challenging and complex situations, able to deliver high quality work under pressure.
