About the role
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve business objectives, sales and profitability targets in APAC
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customers in the lipids and vitamins space
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain & operations, customer care, sales and marketing) to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial terms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, food technology, or related field
- 12+ years in sales and marketing and/or commercial experience in the nutrition space, including nutritional lipids, food ingredients, or adjacent B2B sectors within APAC
- Understanding of lipids industry and APAC markets, in-depth knowledge of products and applications preferred
- Proven success operating in a global matrix and working cross-functionally to deliver business objectives, sales and profitability targets
- Positive, collaborative spirit under highly challenging and complex situations, able to deliver high quality work under pressure.
