About the role

  • You are the primary point of contact for users to ensure the proper functioning of business applications.
  • Analyze and resolve application malfunctions.
  • Identify the root cause of incidents based on user reports and collected information.
  • Propose and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Assist users with business applications, respond to requests and resolve incidents via phone and email.
  • Perform accurate diagnostics of encountered anomalies.
  • Ensure incidents are handled within agreed timeframes and tracked through to resolution.
  • Monitor application performance and proactively detect malfunctions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of application tools.
  • Work closely with the development team.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with common IT and application environments
  • Good knowledge of operating systems and enterprise business applications
  • Experience with tracking and time-management tools (e.g., Clarity)
  • Ability to apply and enhance existing support procedures
  • Professional-level English required (supporting users in France & the US)
