About the role
- You are the primary point of contact for users to ensure the proper functioning of business applications.
- Analyze and resolve application malfunctions.
- Identify the root cause of incidents based on user reports and collected information.
- Propose and implement appropriate solutions.
- Assist users with business applications, respond to requests and resolve incidents via phone and email.
- Perform accurate diagnostics of encountered anomalies.
- Ensure incidents are handled within agreed timeframes and tracked through to resolution.
- Monitor application performance and proactively detect malfunctions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of application tools.
- Work closely with the development team.
Requirements
- Proficiency with common IT and application environments
- Good knowledge of operating systems and enterprise business applications
- Experience with tracking and time-management tools (e.g., Clarity)
- Ability to apply and enhance existing support procedures
- Professional-level English required (supporting users in France & the US)
