About the role
- design, implement and oversee comprehensive personnel development measures and programs
- evaluate the effectiveness and quality of personnel development (PE) measures
- responsible for the entire vocational training process from recruitment to successful completion
- organize company tours and internships
- support the development and implementation of employer branding and employer engagement initiatives
- contribute to HR projects and process optimizations
- act as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters
Requirements
- completed commercial vocational training
- relevant further training in HR, e.g. certified HR specialist (Personalfachkaufmann)
- several years of experience in a comparable position within an industrial company
- experience in HR development topics
- good written and spoken English
- confident user of Excel and other MS Office applications
- experience using social media in a corporate context
