About the role
- Lead regional pay gap analysis using a dedicated tool
- Consolidate and validate country data to ensure accuracy
- Produce regional dashboards, reports, and insights for senior leaders
- Present complex data in clear, actionable formats
- Maintain consistent data definitions, methodologies, and standards
- Develop data templates and maintain documentation
- Monitor data submissions for quality and completeness
- Act as regional contact for the external reporting tool provider
- Provide guidance to local HR teams and support countries in interpreting data
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience using Excel, Power BI and data consolidation tools
- Knowledge of statistical methods
