About the role
- Lead IT infrastructure services across the North EMEA region
- Ensure operational excellence while meeting compliance, security, and standardization objectives
- Deliver reliable and efficient infrastructure services, including server, network, and LAN environments
- Manage a local team and act as a trusted advisor within the business
- Maintain service availability and capacity and collaborate with IT business partners
- Manage risks and costs effectively
- Oversee incident and problem management support
- Coordinate infrastructure projects from design through delivery and transition
- Guide and develop your team, foster talent, and influence decisions
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in a similar role
- Strong technical background in server, network, and LAN environments
- Familiarity with ITIL and service management principles
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage and develop teams
- Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong orientation toward business results
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly
