About the role
- Overseeing and coordinating all customer related activities
- Promoting technical best practice across accounts and between functions
- Identifying and promoting manufacturing techniques to improve packaging line efficiencies
- Supporting Production services in tool ordering
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements
- Recognised qualification in packaging or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong technical knowledge of packaging and design principles
- Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator and proactive team player
- Able to thrive under pressure during busy periods
- Proficient in MS Office (Adobe skills a bonus)
- Prior experience in a similar role (desirable)
- Familiarity with Collaborative design platforms and CAD software (desirable)
