About the role
- Drive new business partnerships and strengthen client relationships to maximize bookings and revenue
- Sell hotel rooms and meeting spaces through proactive outreach, proposals, site tours
- Identify emerging opportunities and convert leads into loyal clients
- Lead, coach, and inspire a talented sales team (Sales Coordinator and Admin)
- Hire, train, and develop team members to achieve ambitious goals
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to foster accountability and success
- Analyze local market trends, competitor strategies, and pricing to stay ahead
- Collaborate with revenue and marketing teams to optimize positioning
- Deliver professional, personalized service to clients and guests
Requirements
- 5-10 years in sales (hospitality preferred), including 1-5 years in leadership
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Sales, Marketing, or related field)
- Exceptional communication
