About the role
- Analyze the territory/market potential and develop sales strategy to maximize DRUID revenue potential
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within quarterly schedule
- Build DRUID brand in the marketplace by leveraging a value selling approach and educate customers on how DRUID can benefit them financially and professionally
- Evangelize DRUID brand in the marketplace by presenting, promoting and selling our solutions
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the territory. Navigate in client organization and develop key points of contact in multiple departments and multiple levels of leadership
- Develop trusted relationships with local partners and global systems integrators to cultivate new opportunities and drive successful customer implementations
- Partner with Customer Success Manager group to ensure customer receives maximum value and expedites customer issues as they arise
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, activities, and potential for new products and services
- Update and maintain the CRM system.
Requirements
- Proven 5-10 years B2B (business-to-business) sales experience in tech companies, preferably SaaS
- Advanced English skills are required; knowledge of other languages is considered an advantage
- Previous experience in a start-up environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to relay information to potential customers
- Experience driving the sales process across internal (engineering, marketing, delivery, etc) and external teams
- Ability to work independently, must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter
- Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities
- Proficiency in MS Office based automation tools (Excel, Outlook, etc)
- Strong interest and passion for technology innovation and the industry.
